Fire Starter Weekly Photography Workshops are a great way to add spark to your photography skills and better your understanding of Photoshop and Lightroom. Every week Kevin Ashley Photography offers the choice of two workshops geared towards beginner to amateur photographers: Igniting Photography Basics and Photoshop & Lightroom Starter. Each workshop will last two hours long and has a limit of 8 photographers so you won’t get lost in the crowd. Below are details of each workshop:
Igniting Photography Basics: In this 2-hour workshop Kevin will fuel your passion for photography by teaching you how your camera sees light, using manual modes, and understanding the histogram along with other important functions of your camera. Kevin will also reveal how to see and create light so you can capture the best photos in any environment. Lastly, you will learn composition principles and how to get the best reaction out of your subjects.
Photoshop & Lightroom Starter: WE WILL NO LONGER BE OFFERING PHOTOSHOP AND LIGHTROOM AS A FIRE STARTER WORKSHOP AFTER 1/26/15 but you can still learn Photoshop and Lightroom in one of our 1-on-1 Mentoring Sessions. Prepare to make your photos ‘sizzle’ with basic Photoshop and Lightroom techniques. In this 2-hour workshop Kevin will introduce you to Curves, Adjustment Layers, Cloning Stamp, and many other tools in Photoshop. In addition, you will learn how to enhance multiple photos in minutes with Presets and Synchronizing in Lightroom. Give your photos rich colors and make them pop! This workshop will give you the tools you need to make your good photos… AMAZING!
